STUDIO POLICIES
- Tuition: There is an annual registration fee. Tuition is paid on the 1st day of each month. If tuition is not paid by the 5th day of the month, a $25 late fee will be charged. Tuition is based on 10 months. We do not allow students to “skip” months or prorate tuition for missed classes. Therefore once registered for class(es), you are responsible for tuition each month over a 10 month period. Summer or specialty program tuition are based on their specific timeframes. We do not prorate tuition for missed classes during Summer or Specialty programs. If your child will not continue classes or dropping a class during the 10 month period, Forever Dancing must be notified in writing 30 days prior to exit at forever_dancingny@yahoo.com
- Make-Up Policy: If your child misses a class, they must makeup missed classes. Makeup classes can be done anytime within the 10 month period. Please notify us at forever_dancingny@yahoo.com so we can schedule your make-up class. No drop-in make-up classes will be allowed. If for some reason your dancer will not be continuing their class(es) during the 10 month period, you must notify Forever Dancing in writing 30 days prior to exit. All notifications must be sent to forever_dancingny@yahoo.com
